Taylor Swift Drops Magical ‘Cardigan’ Video Off New Album ‘Folklore’: Watch

As if Taylor Swift dropping a surprise album wasn’t enough, the singer also gave fans an extra treat on Friday (July 24) with a music video for “Cardigan.”

According to the star, the enchanting clip was both written and directed by Swift herself, and created with the help of cinematographer Rodrigo Prieto, producer Jil Hardin and executive producer Rebecca Skinner, AD Joe Osbourne, editor Chancler Haynes, special effects designers David Lebensfeld and Grant Miller and set designer Ethan Tobman.

“The entire shoot was overseen by a medical inspector, everyone wore masks, stayed away from each other, and I even did my own hair, makeup, and styling,” Swift wrote while announcing the clip earlier in the day.

“Cardigan” is featured on Swift’s brand new album, Folklore. Watch the music video below.
