Megan Thee Stallion Assures Hotties Following Shooting in Emotional Instagram Live: ‘A Bi— is Alive & Well & Strong as F—‘

Megan Thee Stallion shed tears on Instagram Live Monday (July 27) while detailing her shooting two weeks ago and assuring the Hotties that she’s ready to get back to her “own hot girl sh’–” soon.

Around 180,000 viewers tuned into Megan sharing her hospital story following the June 12-dated incident, when an argument involving Tory Lanez, who was arrested for carrying a gun in his car, broke out in the Hollywood Hills early Sunday morning. Megan confirmed on her own Instagram the following Wednesday (July 15) that she had suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and underwent surgery at the hospital, while Page Six reported a day later that Lanez had allegedly shot the “Hot Girl” rapper.

“I was shot in both of my feet, and I had to get surgery to get the sh– taken out, get the bullets taken out, and it was super scary,” she said while wiping away tears in the video. Fortunately, she reported the bullets in both feet didn’t hit her bones nor break any tendons.

“I know my momma and my daddy, my granny had to be looking out for me with that one ’cause where the bullets hit at, it missed everything,” she noted. Megan brought up her parents again later, who have both passed away. Her father died when she was 15, according to a Father’s Day Instagram post from last month, and her mother, who performed under the rapper name Holly-Wood and ignited her daughter’s love for music, died last year from a brain tumor.

“Imagine being 25 and you don’t have both of your parents — my momma was my best friend, you know, I’m still really not over that — so you gotta try to fill your space with a bunch of people that you think is making you happy,” she stated before crying.

And for those who’ve been poking fun at the rapper online, the “Savage” hitmaker let them know she’s been keeping an eye out on them and only expected respect with their silence. “It was nothing for y’all to start going and making up fake stories about. I didn’t put my hands on nobody. I didn’t deserve to get shot, I didn’t do sh–,” she said.

The Houston native later used some strong language to further address the internet trolls, stating, “I ain’t never seen so many grown a– motherf—ing men chime in on some sh– that wasn’t they motherf—ing business in the first motherf—ing place. Like, do y’all n—as just wake up and get on the internet and be like, ‘Oh, I’mma say this today because this gon’ give me some likes, this gon’ be funny?”’

Moving forward, Megan said she plans on protecting her energy with those she chooses to have around her and later thanked God for her real friends and fans, who have played an instrumental role in her healing process.

“I just wanted y’all to know a bi— is alive and well and strong as f—. And I’m ready to get back to regular programming with my own hot girl sh–,” she said about going back to music, “but I’ve definitely learned that I don’t have to be so nice to every motherf—ing body. This ain’t gon’ stop me from being nice, it ain’t gon’ stop me from being Megan The Stallion driving the boat, doing the f— what I wanna do, having this good a– energy. Ain’t nobody gonna stop my energy from being good. But what I can’t do is keep putting my energy in a bunch of you motherf—ers.”
