Jason Derulo and Adam Levine joined forces for the first time on their new collab “Lifestyle,” which came out Thursday (Jan. 21).
The “Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)” hitmaker and Maroon 5 frontman marvel at a high roller whose life consists of diamonds and dollar bills while wondering if she’d go out with them if they were broke. Derulo also nods to Rihanna’s 2012 No. 1 hit “Diamonds” and Future’s 2015 song “F*ck Up Commas.”
“You ’bout that lifestyle (Lifestyle)/ Everybody knows/ Diamonds ain’t got nothin’ on you, ooh, ooh/ We ’bout that lifestyle (Lifestyle)/ Dollar, dollar bills/ Baby, would you stay if I’m broke?” they sing together on the chorus.
Derulo also released a rich dance visual for “Lifestyle” that will sure make the rounds of his TikTok domain.
“One of my fav songs I’ve done & it features @adamlevine,” Derulo wrote his socials. “Had 2 go crazy for this dance ONLY video.”
