Baja Beach Fest 2021 is set to take place Aug. 13-15 with J Balvin, Anuel AA and Ozuna confirmed as headliners for the festival’s third edition, the festival shares exclusively with Billboard first.
Launched in 2018, the multi-day reggaeton and Latin trap festival is revealing its star-studded lineup a year in advance following the cancellation of this year’s edition due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fest returns to Rosarito Beach in Baja California, Mexico, with artists including Karol G, Becky G, Farruko, Guaynaa, Jhay Cortez, Paloma Mami, Rauw Alejandro, among others, set to perform.
Next year’s event will add a third day, with Ozuna headlining on Friday, Anuel AA on Saturday and J Balvin for Sunday’s concert.
Baja Beach Fest joins other Latinx-focused and newer summer festivals like Ruido Fest and Los Dells in the Midwest, who have been forced to pause this year as coronavirus cases continue to surge in the U.S., with nearly 4 million cases confirmed to date.
