In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Billboard is celebrating J Balvin’s major accomplishments and attributions to Latin music with his biggest hits on the Hot Latin Songs chart that reached No. 1.
The list includes his 2014 single “Ay Vamos,” which put him on the international map to his infectious 2018 collaboration with Nicky Jam in “X,” the recently-released “Un Dia,” and beyond.
Additionally, Balvin will sit down with well-being pioneer Deepak Chopra for a Q&A panel titled “Mind & Music: Finding Meaning and Fulfillment Through Mindfulness and Music” at the 2020 Billboard Latin Music Week, taking place virtually on its new dates October 20-23.
The Colombian artist, who is also a 12-time finalist at the 2020 Billboard Latin Music Awards, and Chopra will discuss what meditation means to them, its connection to music, and why they decided to start a meditation program together. The candid conversation will also touch on the profound effects meditation has on mental health and how meditation has changed their lives.
