Here’s How Expensive Jason Derulo’s Tab for Everyone at Catch LA Was After ‘Savage Love’ Hit No. 1 on Hot 100

Jason Deruloooooo with the tab! If you were lucky enough to dine at Catch LA over the weekend, you might’ve gotten a celebratory shot courtesy of the pop star himself as he celebrated his “Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)” hit with Jawsh 685 and BTS hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 last week.

In a TikTok video from Sunday (Oct. 18), Derulo flashes the $112,000 tab he picked up for the entire restaurant. His girlfriend Jena Frumes kisses him on the cheek and congratulates him for his second No. 1 hit, after his debut single “Whatcha Say” debuted atop the Hot 100 in 2009. “Wish @BTS_twt @jawsh_685 was here for the celebration!” he wrote on Twitter.

“‘Savage Love’ just went to No. 1, so he’s buying everyone shots,” a waitress says in the video as she brings trays of orange glasses around to each table.

No hearts were broken, but one glass was after the 31-year-old hitmaker was clinking it with a spoon to get everyone’s attention and make a toast. “In celebration of ‘Savage Love’ going No. 1 on the Billboard charts, cheers to everybody in the building!” he exclaimed.

Derulo becomes one of the 11 artists who have scored Hot 100 top 10 hits in the ’00s, ’10s and ’20s and one of 13 artists who have scored Hot 100 No. 1 hits more than a decade apart.

Check out what went down during Derulo’s six-figure celebration below.
