It’s Iglesias first top 10 in over a year — he last hit the top 10 with “Después Que Te Perdi,” his collaboration with Jon Z, peaked at No. 10 in April 2019. With the new top 10, Iglesias extends his most-top 10s record, with 43. The Latin Pop Airplay chart began in 1994, and Ricky Martin continues to have the second-most top 10s, with 38.
“Fútbol & Rumba” ascends thanks to a 7% boost in plays in the week ending July 5, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
“Fútbol & Rumba” is the third single off Emmanuel, Anuel’s second studio album which debuted at No. 1 on the Top Latin Albums chart (dated June 13; it remains in the runner-up slot in its fifth week on the chart) and at No. 8 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.
The song follows on the heels of Anuel’s most recent Latin Pop Airplay chart hit “Keii,” which peaked at No. 2 on the May 2 survey and at No. 1 on the overall Latin Airplay chart.
Turizo’s latest single rises to the chart’s top 10 with a 2% increase in plays earned in the week ending July 5, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. It earns Turizo his second top 10 of 2020, following the three-week ruler “TBT,” with Sebastian Yatra and Rauw Alejandro.
