Bobby Brown Remembers Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown on 5th Anniversary of Her Death

Bobby Brown shared a special tribute to his and Whitney Houston’s late daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown for the fifth anniversary of her death this week.

The 51-year-old hitmaker posted a black-and-white throwback photo of her on Instagram Monday (July 27), writing, “There’s no way to explain how I feel I miss you so much little girl you stay in my heart on my mind every day daddy loves you.”

Brown died at age 22 on July 26, 2015 after being in a coma for months after she was found unconscious in a bathtub on January 31, 2015. The autopsy revealed the cause of death was lobar pneumonia due to “immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication.”

Her circumstances resemble those of her mother Houston, who died at age 48 on February 11, 2012 after she was found unconscious in a bathtub. The autopsy revealed the cause of death was an accidental drowning due to “atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use.” The two are buried together in New Jersey’s Fairview Cemetery.
