Before Taking Trump Campaign Rally Stage, Kid Rock Reveals He’s Planning ‘One Last Monster Tour’

It’s no secret that Kid Rock is an ardent supporter of Donald Trump, and on Monday (Sept. 14), the rock-rapper hit the campaign trail for the president.

Performing at a rally just outside his hometown of Detroit, the star ran through a number of his hits — including “All Summer Long” — while aboard a barge on the Clinton River. His 20-minute set with the Twisted Brown Tucker Band was preceded by stump speeches by both Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Ahead of the campaign event, Rock took to social media to reveal his plans for “one last monster tour” — possibly in 2021 — as well as the news that he’s in the midst of filming a documentary about his three decades in the spotlight and recording new music.

“I am currently filming a career documentary and will address EVERYTHING in it, on my own terms, to be released next year with new music and schedule one last monster tour (2021??) that will kick my critics in their ass and give all the love I have to the fans. (R U Scared?),” the singer captioned a photo of his neck being worked on ahead of the rally.

The star stayed mum on a concrete release date for new music, but his most recent single — 2018’s “American Rock ‘n Roll” — peaked at No. 52 on the Hot Country Songs chart.
